Slashdot has also been citedby The Washington Post, TIME, USA Today, Rolling Stone, Fortune, Business Week,and Forbes as one of the most innovative and important sites for the technicalcommunity. Bates is a member of the Open Source Advisory Panel for the US government andthe on the Board of Advisors for the Lifeboat Foundation. Bates holds aBachelor’s Degree in History from Hope College. |
